City Harvest (http://cityharvest.org/about/) will be distributing approximately 1 million pounds of food to the hungry in all five boroughs of New York City this winter. Arden colleagues were happy to participate by collecting over 340 pounds of nutritious food for the effort.

90% of homeless adults and children need a new, warm coat each winter because they have no place to keep one over the summer months. Arden employees donated their lightly used or new winter coats through New York Cares.

On June 15, 2011, "Team Arden" had 22 participants take part in the 3.5 mile race. The world's most popular sporting event for the full-time business community drew a JPMorgan Chase & Co. Corporate Challenge Series record 248,168 participants from 8,173 companies in 2011 and donated more than $600,000 to local not-for-profit organizations.
