Henry P. Davis is President of Arden Asset Management LLC. He is also Chairman of Arden’s Executive Committee and member of Arden’s Investment Committee. Mr. Davis led the team that launched Arden’s mutual fund family in 2012 and now serves as President/CEO of Arden Investment Series Trust. His prior roles at the firm include supervising Arden’s research activities and managing portfolios, and he continues to source managers and make critical allocation decisions for each of the Arden funds. Mr. Davis has become a leading expert on liquid alternatives and has given numerous presentations at investing conferences and on CNBC to discuss the evolution of these investment vehicles. He also conducts the quarterly investment calls for Arden Alternative Strategies II and is the public face of the fund. Prior to joining Arden, Mr. Davis was an investment advisor and an attorney specializing in corporate and asset management work.
Mr. Davis is a graduate of Yale Law School and Cornell University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa in 1988.
